We are seeking a creative, solution-oriented, and passionate Digital Marketing Recruiter to help find the next generation of Companion Drivers to further Envoy America's mission to bring safe, trusted, reliable, cost-effective transportation and companionship services to older adults. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing team who have doubled revenues in the last 2 years and is expected to grow exponentially beyond the 28 states it currently serves today. In this role you’ll be working hand in hand with the COO and the Director of Companion Driver Recruiting to build the right digital marketing funnel to find and hire Envoy America’s incredible Companion Drivers. About the role:
As our Digital Marketing Recruiter, you will be the main strategist and operator behind a key lever for growth: sourcing our Companion Drivers. In order to manage the booming demand we have had for our service offering, this will be an essential lever to master. Our Companion Drivers come from all walks of life but should be thoughtfully sourced and onboarded. This role will be a blend of digital marketing skills, deep analysis to remove any friction in the funnel, brand positioning and Go-To-Market strategy. In the past, the Companion Driver sourcing strategy included both offline and online approaches. However after testing various different models, it became apparent that honing in on the online version has yielded the biggest benefits.
That being said, to be successful in this role you will interface with numerous parts of our business from sales, operations, to recruiting. You will become the point person for anything Companion Driver sourcing related in order to ensure that Companion Drivers have a reliable and and smooth hiring process.
This position can be remote but with a preference for on-site in Scottsdale or Phoenix, Arizona.

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing (95%):
  • Collaborate with the COO, the recruiting team and the sales team to help forecast demand for Companion Drivers in existing and new geographies or as the need arises.
  • Set benchmarks and targets for Companion Driver sourcing based on forecasts identified with sales.
  • Determine strategy for sourcing Companion Drivers for the next month, quarter and year including levers and platforms to market on.
  • Lead brainstorming and explore new ways of incentivizing Companion Drivers to apply including new incentive programs, positioning statements and platforms .
  • A/B test different strategies to increase likelihood of conversion of candidates
  • Refine and optimize existing marketing and hiring funnels to reduce friction
  • Build a better understanding of the “ideal Companion Driver persona” and improve targeting and messaging
  • Utilize and build partnerships with outside vendors to streamline the application process and ensure that Companion Drivers have a best-in-class experience
  • Build tracking and reporting mechanisms and use this on a regular cadence to inform and improve on the process
Onboarding (5%):
  • Support Companion Driver onboarding training in partnership with Lead Companion Drivers, especially in thinking through how to reduce friction
  • Continuously refine onboarding process to shorten time to first 1, 10 and 50 trips and reduce churn.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of working experience, ideally in building the supply side of two-sided marketplaces or sourcing external personnel (caretakers, drivers, CNA, etc.).
  • Proven track record (at least 2-3 years) in digital marketing efforts
  • Proven track-record of optimizing marketing funnels over time through A/B testing
  • Creativity in building new experiments to test and trial without fear of failure
  • Self-starter with the ability to be driven without too much external support
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of Google Analytic tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills, with the ability to brainstorm quickly and be solution oriented.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally especially with the sales, operations and recruiting teams.
  • Deep comfort with uncertainty and building things from scratch.
  • Flexible in nature to accommodate new growth and change.
  • Ability to learn quickly and use multiple different tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
  • Fully competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HubSpot (must have!)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Previous experience in a fast-growing startup.

COMPENSATION:
Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience starting at $70,000-80,000 per year with added 15% bonus based on meeting or exceeding Companion Driver based KPIs. Pay range may vary further based on geography and previous experience.
