As a Driver Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for expediting the final steps of the hiring process. Your primary focus will be utilizing digital platforms, networks, and tools to encourage, inform, and empower Independent Contract Drivers to serve our clients in a variety of locations nationwide. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Driver Experience, Dispatch Manager, and C-Suite to understand the requirements and create the foundation on which new Companion Drivers will begin after hire.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with hired drivers, providing them with a positive experience through the end of the recruitment process and into their first few weeks with the company.
  • Effectively communicate with Companion Drivers to ensure Envoy America standards and practices are met.
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison for new drivers.
Recruitment Process Management:
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as source effectiveness and candidate pipeline status.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with Recruiting Team to continuously improve the hiring process through effective, incremental revisions.
  • Analyze, critique, and report all data points from the initial hiring process through a candidate’s life cycle with the company.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a Talent Acquisition role strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital recruitment, automation, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills, with a focus on translating hard data into palatable information.
  • Must be curious, data driven, and analytical.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, social media channels, and online recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management systems (CRM), and other recruitment software is a plus.

Work Schedule: Enjoy a work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to change).
